At Offline Cards, we believe your data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy is very simple because our Application is designed from the ground up to strictly respect your privacy.

1. Zero Data Collection

We do not collect, store, track, or share any personal information, usage data, or analytics. The Application operates 100% offline. There are no user accounts, no login requirements, no external servers, and no API calls made to us or any third parties.

2. Local Storage

All data you enter into the Application—such as your loyalty card numbers, barcodes, notes, and custom colors—is stored strictly locally on your Device. We do not have access to your cards, and your data never leaves your phone unless you manually choose to export or share it yourself.

3. Device Permissions Explained

To provide its core features, the Application may request your permission to access certain device capabilities. All processing happens entirely on your Device:

• Camera: Used solely to scan your physical barcodes so they can be saved to the app. The camera feed is processed instantly on your device and is never recorded, saved, or transmitted.
• Photo Library: Used only if you choose to upload custom logos or attach photos to your cards. These images are saved locally within the app's storage on your device and are never uploaded to the internet.
• Location (Optional): If you choose to enable location-based notifications (so a card pops up when you are near a store), this feature relies entirely on Apple's local iOS geofencing. Your location data is processed locally, never leaves your device, and is absolutely never tracked or accessed by us. (Note: This feature is not implemented yet)

4. Third-Party Services

The Application does not include any third-party tracking SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. We cannot share your data with anyone because we do not collect it in the first place.

5. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, our Application is safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time, for instance, if we add new offline features that require new local device permissions. We will notify You of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
